Dr. Bruno Molina
Chief Executive
Dr. Bruno Molina is the executive director of the Hispanic Baptist Network. He serves as an adjunct professor of theology, evangelism, and Christian apologetics at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS) and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS). He has served as a pastor, church planter, and human resources manager. He earned his bachelor's degree in international relations and Spanish from New York University and both his master's degree in theology and his Ph.D. in world Christian studies from SWBTS.

Pastor Vernig Suarez
President
I am Venezuelan. I encountered my savior Jesus Christ in 1989. I have 30 years of experience serving in pastoral ministry and Baptist leadership in my country and some states in the USA.

Fabio Castellanos
Vice President
Fabio Castellanos is the Director of Online Education in Spanish and a professor of New Testament and Greek at the Baptist Theological Seminary of New Orleans. He serves as associate pastor at Emmanuel Hispanic Baptist Church in Kenner, Louisiana. Originally from Colombia, he completed theological studies in Colombia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, including doctoral studies focused on New Testament and Theology. He is committed to theological training and leadership development within the Hispanic community.

Emanuel Roque
Representative of State Leaders
Pastor Emanuel graduated from Baylor University and served in Miami for 16 years at Resurrection Baptist Church, which he guided to become a multicultural, bilingual church, also expanding into 15 mission plants in South Florida. He worked with the Miami Baptist Association in Hispanic and International Ministries. He has served with the Florida Baptist Convention since 2006 in multilingual church planting, leadership, and multicultural ministry. He currently serves as a catalyst for Hispanic churches in Florida with the Convention.

Richard Aguilar
Treasurer of the Board of Directors
Richard has served in Southern Baptist churches for 26 years. He is currently the president of the New Mexico Hispanic Baptist Convention, president of the Southwestern Hispanic Baptist Association, music minister, and deacon at the First Baptist Church of Las Cruces.
