Chairman

Pastor Jesse Rincones

Pastor Jesse Rincones is the Executive Director of the Hispanic Baptist Convention of Texas. He is a licensed attorney who was called to full-time ministry and served for nearly 13 years as senior pastor of Alliance Church in Lubbock, Texas; a multi-ethnic congregation with services in Spanish and English. Jesse has served as a pastor's trainer, adjunct professor, and has written for BaptistWay Press, Enfoque a la Familia, Buckner, Texas Baptists, EthicsDaily.com, and LifeWay Español.

Dr. Bob Sena

Dr. Bobby Sena has had a long history in Hispanic Leadership at the national level, a servant of God who continues to discover and encourage the academic and spiritual growth of those who are called to Pastoral Ministry, he is currently the Director of Spanish Studies at Midwestern Theological Seminary
